Present Simple Tense, günlük rutin işleri anlatırken kullanılır.
Kuruluş Şekli: Özne + Fiil + Nesne + Zaman ..........
!NOT! : Özne ; I-You-We-They ise fiil direkt yazılır.
Özne ; He-She-It ise fiile duruma göre -s, -es gibi takılar gelir.
Şimdi birkaç örnek yapalım:
She kisses her mother and goes to school everyday. (O her gün annesini öper ve okula gider.)
The children cry when they fell. (Çocuklar düştüklerinde ağlarlar.)
He doesn't work at weekends. (O, hafta sonları çalışmaz)
Soru Şekli
Do you have a shower on Sundays? (Pazarları duş alır mısın?)
Does he learn English in summer holidays? (Yaz tatillerinde ingilizce öğrenir misin?)

Aşağıdaki cümlelerdeki boşlukları uygun olarak doldurunuz.

The Simple Past Tense
Simple Past Tense, geçmişteki olayları, yapılanları anlatmak için kullanılır.
Simple Past Tense ile cümle kurmak için fiillerin Past Simple hallerini bilmek gerekir. Biraz örnek verelim:
Fall - Fell
Study - Sudied (Düzenli Fiil)
Get - Got
Forget - Forgot
Give-Gave

I studied English last night.(Geçen akşam ingilizce çalıştım.)

(Geçen hafta okula gittin mi?)

Bu zaman; şu anda yaptığımız işleri; yani şimdiki zamanı anlatır.
Kuruluş Şekli Şöyledir:
Özne+am/is/are+Fiil+Nesne vb.
Şimdi biraz örnek verelim:
She is doing her homework still. (O, hala ödevini yapıyor)
I am going to school now. (Şimdi okula gidiyorum)
He is listening his teacher. (O, öğretmenini dinliyor)
I ' dan sonra am;
You, We ve They'den sonra are;
He,She,It ten sonra is gelir...
Soru Şekli:
am/is/are+Özne+Fiil+Nesne vb.
ßiraz da soruyla örnek yapalım:
Are you studying your lessons? (Derslerini çalışıyor musun?)
Yes, I am. / No,I am not.
İs she going to the cinema? (O sinemaya gidiyor mu?)
Yes, she is. / No, she isn't.
Wh. Question:
What,When,Where,Why gibi soru kalıplarıyla kurulan cümlelerdir.
What/When/Where/Why + am/is/are + Fiil + Nesne vb.
Wh. Question ile ilgili bilgimizi iyice pekiştirelim:
What are you doing ? (Ne yapıyorsun?)
I am watching television. (Televizyon izliyorum)
Why aren't you playing football? (Neden futbol oynamıyorsun?)
Because my leg is acheing? (Çünkü bacağım ağrıyor.)
